CPC TECHNOLOGY AND THE
YEAR 2000
Cartesian Products recognizes that the year 2000 raises legitimate
and troublesome concerns regarding software reliability. As a provider of
software renowned for its high quality, Cartesian has taken the Y2K issue
very seriously and has made every effort to ensure that our software will be
unaffected by the change in century. We want our users to relax with the
knowledge that their CPC software will continue to work properly today,
tomorrow, and in the coming millennium.
To insure operability of our software after the change in century,
we have performed both extensive code reviews and QA certification tests. We have scrutinized
our software to ensure that all date manipulations are performed using 32-bit
quantities which are unaffected by the year 2000. Furthermore,
all of our software products have been tested by the Cartesian QA department
and certified as Y2K compliant. This means that, all things being equal,
Cartesian's software products will
operate consistently before and after January 1, 2000.
